I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novel and was truly impressed by the exceptional service they provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, even assisting with local food delivery recommendations, making me feel right at home in Buenos Aires. The room's heating and air conditioning were impeccable-I never once had to adjust the temperature for comfort. The free Wi-Fi in rooms made it convenient for me to stay connected and plan my days exploring the city. Novel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a delightful stay in the heart of Buenos Aires.
